1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Long Road Warehouse ("we", "us", "our") for warehousing, 3PL, drayage, transloading, fulfillment, or related logistics services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide third-party logistics services including warehousing and storage, fulfillment, transloading, cross-docking, Amazon FBA prep, quality control, crating, returns processing, distribution, drayage from the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma, and freight forwarding (LTL, FTL, and bonded delivery). Specific services, scope, and pricing are defined in the written quote or service agreement provided to each client.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Rates may be adjusted for changes in volume, accessorials, fuel, terminal fees, demurrage, per-diem, or scope. All services are billed per the applicable quote or service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate shipment, inventory, and contact information, ensuring goods are properly packaged and lawfully shipped, and complying with all applicable regulations. We are not responsible for delays or losses arising from inaccurate information or non-compliant cargo.

5. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited as set out in the governing service agreement and applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Cargo claims must be submitted in writing within the timeframes stated in your service agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
