SHIPPING & HANDLING

Do you handle outbound shipping?

Absolutely! We handle all aspects of outbound shipping for your orders. We have preferred carrier relationships with major shipping companies including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers, allowing us to provide competitive shipping rates. We'll pick, pack, and ship your orders directly to your customers, and provide tracking information for all shipments.

How quickly can I expect my orders to ship?

Orders received before our daily cutoff time typically ship the same business day. For orders received after the cutoff, they ship the next business day. We offer same-day fulfillment for most standard orders, and we can accommodate rush orders when needed. During peak seasons, we may adjust our processing times, but we always communicate any changes in advance.

Can you help with Amazon FBA prep work?

Yes! We're experienced with Amazon FBA preparation services. We can handle FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, bundling, kitting, bubble wrapping, and all other Amazon prep requirements. We ensure your products meet Amazon's strict guidelines to avoid rejections and penalties. We also coordinate shipments directly to Amazon fulfillment centers and manage the entire FBA prep process for you.
