Warehouse storage — common questions

How is warehouse storage priced?

Usually per pallet or per square foot, per month, plus receiving when freight arrives. Longer commitments price better than month-to-month. We quote on your pallet count, how long you need the space, and whether you also want receiving and fulfillment.

Do you offer short-term storage?

Yes, from a handful of days to multi-year. The point of flexible space is to cover a peak or a gap without paying for a full year or signing a lease.

Is there a minimum commitment or lease?

No lease. You scale space up for peak and back down after, and pay for what you use. That is the difference between a 3PL and renting your own building.

Where is your warehouse located?

In the Kent Valley, minutes from both the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma and right on the I-5 corridor, so lanes in from the terminals and out to the region stay short.
